We strive to provide quality products that work for every one of our customers, however we understand everybody's wellness journey is different. If for some reason your order is not a good fit for you, please contact us within 30 days of purchasing your product(s) to tell us why so we can assist to find an alternative sleep aid product or process a refund. 

All products purchased somnifix.com carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee (excluding sample packs and our 12-month packs)

**Please note, the “Guarantee” only applies to first-time purchases of any product from somnifix.com. SomniFix will not issue refunds or credits pursuant to this Guarantee from a purchase made in a retail store or from an unauthorized seller or from any other site other than from SomniFix.com

All Money-Back Guarantee Forms are subject to a strict review process and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of SomniFix. 

SomniFix reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior or do not comply with our Terms as outlined on our website.

SomniFix will not be held responsible for shipping charges for any returns or exchangesIf an alternative is sent as a “replacement,” a “Money-Back” return will not be available. Issues due to mouth tape adhesive are not subject to a 30 day Money- Back guarantee but a product exchange. 

30-Days is considered from the time of delivery date. Example: Order #1 placed on January 1st, 2022 @ 9:00 am, return claim must be submitted before January 30th on or before 9:00 am. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
