SomniFix makes canceling, pausing, and changing your subscriptions easy. Simply log into your account to cancel, pause, or change your recurring order. The purpose of our subscriptions is to allow our customers a seamless way to auto-ship every monthly recurring order.
SomniFix auto-renewals are documented on every order confirmation email and are posted in real-time to your account. It is up to the customer to manage their account prior to renewal if any changes wish to be made to your order.
Due to our “Guarantee,” and “Cancel Any Time Policy” ), SomniFix does not provide any refunds for any processed subscriptions after 30 days of your initial order. SomniFix will not be able to change credit cards, billing, shipping, or product type once a subscription is processed in our system.
