Thanks so much for reaching out to us. If you are experiencing any shipping delays with USPS please know that we apologize and appreciate your patience.
If you have not had any movement on your parcel (10+ days per our policy) since date of shipment please follow these 3 steps before contacting us:
- Check the current status
- Complete the USPS Help Request form and forward the request to [email protected]
- Please allow USPS at least 2 weeks for your product delivery after the date of purchase before submitting a lost package request. Once the product leaves the SomniFix facility, we are subject to USPS shipping policy.
