One-Time Orders:
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, including to the shipping address or canceling your order, please contact us by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible after placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed/fulfilled we are unable to make any further adjustments or changes.
Subscriptions:
I am sorry to hear you forgot to skip or cancel your subscription. Unfortunately, we do not allow cancelation/refunds on second-time subscription orders since they fall outside of our Guarantee. I wish there was a way to reverse the action, but it has already been executed by our billing and operations team.
Since we have so many active subscriptions, we request customers to manage their account by contacting us prior to renewal if any changes wish to be made to your order.
