Thank you so much for reaching out to us. We would love to to help you with this. You can manage your subscription by signing into you customer portal link via our website.
Simply log in and you'll be able to update your payment method, shipping address, frequency, cancel, pause, etc. If you need assistance with this, please send us a message at [email protected] asking for more help.
If you have reached out to us after hours (regular hours Mon-Fri 9-5) your request will be answered in the order it was received on the next business day.
If your subscription has already renewed please know that per our policy we are unable to retroactively cancel any processed renewal orders.
